Song #2 - I Hate It All

So here we go with song #2: I Hate It All, its about love-hate relationships and how sometimes you want to change annoying things that people do, but at the same time you can’t be sure if those are not the behaviors that attracted you to them in the first place… btw a short warning to my friends: any similarity to actual situations would be totally coincidental! (no but seriously i get inspired by my life, but its not all pure truth, keep that in mind!)
What I like about it:
I like that it has a nice rhythm to it and i think adding some keyboard and electronic drum could make it a nice dance song…
What I’m not so sure:
I thought it was pretty cool to put some head voice (high pitched voice) tricks in the chorus, but now after hearing it for a while, maybe it gets annoying and it makes it a bit harder for people to remember the melody… i think in the bridge or at the end would have been a better place for that…

Salut! encore une fois très bonne chanson, j’dirais même que j’aime mieux cella que la première. Le “I Hate” qui se répète c’est cool, je sais pas si c’est parce que quand on hait quetchose ca donne dla drive, mais on dirais que c’est énergique pis ca reste dans tête. Pas de commantaire à améliorer jme reprendrai dans la prochaine!

Après avoir fredonné toute la semaine “You take, take all the place in my head…” (merde, ça reste vraiment dans la tête!), je dois moi aussi avouer que je préfère cette nouvelle “I hate it all”! Et personnellement, la voix de tête dans le refrain, c’est réellement ce qui m’a accroché le plus. Ça sonne tellement agréable à mon oreille! Le refrain est parfait et le riff des couplets avec un style qui me rappelle Auf der Maur… c’est excellent! Désolée, pas de point négatif pour celle-ci. A+
Écoeurante cette toune…. La voix est réellement riche et parfaite. Et tout ça c’est juste avec une guitare. J’imagine un produit complet avec un band. Super !

your 2 new songs are pretty good ! Your voice improve alot since what i heard from the Green Invaders. But i have notice 2 repetition in the lyrics that you could avoid. The 1st one is in verse1: -You want to LIVE your LIFE. You could use the word ”pass” or ‘’spend”, instead LIVE. The 2nd one is in verse2: - I want to HEAR THE words, That nobody has HEARD. I propose you change it for: -I want to hear your words, not those speech (or pitch) you rehearse. (like a selling pitch). I think it respect the concept of the song without using 2 time the same verb.

Pour cette chanson je la trouve très bonne!
Ce que j’ai moins aime: La façons dont tu chante “spotlights” (Verse 1) et “character” (Verse 2). Je ne sais pas comment l’expliquer, mais ça m’agace les oreilles. Ça ne rime pas bien et la façon dont c’est chanté.
J’ai beaucoup aimé le refrain, le faussement de voix (si c’est comme ça qu’on appelle) est super!

I agree with everyone here. I prefer this one to the previous song. Chorus is definitely catchy. I liked the line where you take your voice up a notch, but I kinda wished you carried it through the last line each chorus part too. Oh I was thinking of the Killers the whole time I was playing it. Influenced much? hehe

I FUCKING LOVE IT. its so brilliant. i love the tune. the lyrics. the voice. the melody….EVERYTHING. i love it so much. i think it could be a really good dance song. a little more electro but not full blown. i think this style is SO YOU. dont run from this style. keep it up. its really you. you sing better in this song. the beat is great everything suits you. this is the winner :)!!! go you!! you found your sound!!
